- Award recognises excellent customer satisfaction amongst customers in the Richmond and York area
SG Petch Richmond and York are starting 2020 by celebrating its 2019 success, having won the Kia Customer Experience Awards, announced at the Kia UK National Dealer Conference 2020. Simon Hetherington, Commercial Director and Steve Hicks, Sales Director at Kia Motors handed out the awards at the conference and congratulated them on the dealership’s outstanding performance in customer experience.
Byron Dawson, General Manager at Richmond, commented on the win: “We had a really successful 2019 at our dealerships. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer experience, so to win this award means a lot to us. It’s a great start to 2020 and we’re looking forward to an exciting year ahead.”

It’s a double celebration for York as Iain also collected the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award on the same evening.
